Today we are starting a 12 week strength and Olympic lifting program. This program will be hard and take a lot of hard work, but it will make everything we do a little bit easier. We will have shorter metcons more often throughout this program dedicating only one or two days per week for long conditioning. We all need to be strong to live life the way we want to inside and out of the BOX! Lets have fun getting strong together! After this program we will test our improvements and I want to see huge gains by everyone so try not to skip out on any of these workouts. If you have an injury or restriction that keeps you from doing any of these things please remind me and we will work around it while still getting stronger. Be assured the metcons will still be just as brutal!! Shorter just means harder!
