- Commit to the entire 6 week challenge
- Follow our fitness and nutrition plans. This takes discipline but it’s proven to work.

- A FUN BALANCED WORKOUT PROGRAM
- A COMBO OF STRENGTH AND CARDIO
- A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE TRYING TO ACHEIVE SIMILAR GOALS
- FOR ANYONE WANTING A CHALLENGE OR A CHANGE
What this isnt:
- NOT A CROSSFIT CHALLENGE OR PROGRAM
- NOT A WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE (ONLY)
- NOT GOING TO BE EASY
- NOT OLYMPIC LIFTING OR COMPLICATED MOVEMENTS
Guidelines (Goals):
- Move 45min per day, 6 days per week
- 2 Classses per week (at Jomo CrossFit)
- 1 Home Workout (provided)
- 3 Days of walking, jogging, or cardio
- 15 Day Jumpstart Nutrition Provided to kickstart results and transformation
- Sustainable nutriton provided after 15 day jumpstart.
