  • Commit to the entire 6 week challenge
  • Follow our fitness and nutrition plans. This takes discipline but it’s proven to work.

What this is:

  • A COMPLETE WELLNESS CHALLENGE
  • A WAY TO LEARN TO EAT FOR GOALS
  • A FUN BALANCED WORKOUT PROGRAM
  • A COMBO OF STRENGTH AND CARDIO
  • A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY OF PEOPLE TRYING TO ACHEIVE SIMILAR GOALS
  • FOR ANYONE WANTING A CHALLENGE OR A CHANGE

What this isnt:

  • NOT A CROSSFIT CHALLENGE OR PROGRAM
  • NOT A WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE (ONLY)
  • NOT GOING TO BE EASY
  • NOT OLYMPIC LIFTING OR COMPLICATED MOVEMENTS

Guidelines (Goals):

  • Move 45min per day, 6 days per week
  • 2 Classses per week (at Jomo CrossFit)
  • 1 Home Workout (provided)
  • 3 Days of walking, jogging, or cardio
  • 15 Day Jumpstart Nutrition Provided to kickstart results and transformation
  • Sustainable nutriton provided after 15 day jumpstart.
