WOD:
“Fight Gone Poorly”
Wall Balls (Reps)
Sumo Deadlift High-Pull: 75/50 (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push Press: 75/50 (Reps)
Burpees (Reps)
This is against a 17 minute running clock. You will do as many reps as possible in one minute and then switch to the next station. Once you make it through all 5 stations you will get a one minute break. 3 rounds for a total of 17 minutes, counting total reps!
