7 Chest to bar pull-ups
7 Burpees
CRX:155/110
RX:135/85
STRENGTH:
Lunge w/ barbell on back
3×3 each leg AHAP
Pushups:
3×15
Deadlift:
5×3 @ 80%
Pullups:
3×8
WOD via CrossFit Main Site. This is the first time we have programmed a HQ WOD the same day, or at all other than a benchmark. I’m pretty excited!! This will be a great way to end this awesomely brutal week!
