WOD:
20 box jumps
5 burpees
30 situps
4 burpees
40 toes 2 bar
3 burpees
50 jump squats
2 burpees
60 HRPU
1 burpee
*this workout will be completed in spin cycle fashion. The burpees are a part of the exercise before, so you will not rotate for burpees. (1,12,123,1234,12345,etc)
