WOD:
1 muscle up
5 Pullups
10 box jumps
20 toes 2 bar
30 scissor lunges
40 c2g pushups
50 squats
(scale 3 extra Pullups and 5 dips per round if u can’t do muscle ups)
Perform as a pyramid. Start over from the beginning every time you go to the next exercise.
