I know everyone, especially Jake, was looking forward to doing Murph tomorrow in honor of Jakes last day at Jomo CrossFit. But due to the poor weather and icy roads I have decided it would be to dangerous to have you all running two miles. So instead, we have designed Jake his very own variation of a Super WOD!

100 pull-ups
100 sit-ups
100 push-ups
100 squats
200 double unders
For time!
