Team WOD:
1.Push up/pull up ladder
2. AMRAP
•5 bar facing burpees
•7 front squat 135/95
•9 Deadlifts
3. AMRAP
•20 Double Unders/20 Situps
4. Kb SDHP/ Dip ladder
A teammate will start at each station and we will rotate through until everyone has completed each station. We will take team combined average to determine scores.
•3 minute rounds with 2 minutes between each round.
