WOD:
1.Team tire carry 1 lap
2. 244 jump squats
3. 244 double Unders
4. 91 pull ups
5. 83 weighted Situps
6. 29 burpees
7. 29 box jumps
8. 19 muscle ups
9. Team tire carry for 1 lap
All exercises are split and delegated among teammates. These are all numbers relating to my birthday. Everything must be RX’d so delegate wisely. I will pick teams, and you will have 5 mins to gameplan. The laps must be completed to open and close the workout as a team.
