WOD:

26 Minute AMRAP Ladder:

2 Burpees

2 Double Unders

2 Jumping Jacks

The ladder increases by 2 reps on each exercise every round. 

Example:2,,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20……….Continue as far as you can make it for the entire 26 Minutes.  We will break this up into three 8 minute rounds with a 1 minute break after each round to write down scores.  This is ran against a 26 minute continuous clock.
