12 Dead lift 155/105
9 Hang Power Cleans 155/105
6 Push Press/Push Jerk 155/105
SCALED:
12 Dead lift 115/75
9 Hang Power Cleans 115/75
6 Push Press/Push Jerk 115/75
partners will alternate movements for 8 minutes. Partner 1 will perform the 12 deadlifts, partner 2 will perform the 9 hang power cleans, partner 1 will perform 6 push press, partner 2 then performs the 12 dead lift, and so on, for 8 minutes.
