WOD:
12 minute AMRAP:
3 Bear Crawls
6 Power Cleans 135/85
9 C2G Push Ups (hands on 25lb bumpers)
Strength: (21 minutes to complete)
•Bench press: work up to max set of 5 reps
•Strict HSPU: 3 sets of 8-12
•Strict pull ups: 3 sets of 6-10 reps
•chin over bar for time
Last set of each is to failure
