Partner Wod:
Perform the following for time where only 1 person is allowed to work at a time and neither partner may ever perform more than 15 consecutive reps at a time.

45 Deadlifts, 225/155lb
45 HSPU (Use appropriate HSPU modification or scale with push press AHAP)
150 Double Unders
150 Sit Ups
45 Thrusters, 95/65lb
45 Pull Ups

Strength:
•Clean & Jerk:
3×2 @ 80%
•Snatch balance:
4×3 @75% (of snatch 1RM)
•Deadlifts: 5×5 @ 115% of clean 1RM
•50 situps/ or Toes 2 Bar
