10 C2B Pull Ups
20 box jumps. (24/20)
30 mtn climbers
40 push ups
50 double Unders
60 bicycles
70 squats
Strength:
Advanced: max muscle ups in 3 minutes
Intermediate: max pullups in 90 seconds+ max ring dips in 90 seconds
Beginner: assisted pullups with hold+ box dips to failure
