50 Squats
2 muscle ups
40 HRPU
2 muscle ups
30 weighted sit ups (20/10)
2 muscle ups
20 box jump overs (24/20)
2 muscle ups
10 lunges bar in rack (95/65)
2 muscle ups
5 snatch (95/65)
2 muscle ups
*scale muscle up=6 chin ups/6 dips
(you can do bar or ring mu)
Skill:
Wall climbs
(make up squats if you didn’t finish on moday.)
